Our authentic lasagna recipe has been passed down through the generations. We combine pork and beef mince with a rich napolitana sauce. After we carefully layer the dish with pasta sheets, we top our lasagna with a gluten free bechamel sauce which is noted for its creaminess! We offer our gluten free lasagna in medium and large sizes, and you also have the option of a large gluten free vegetable version, which still packs in the same taste as the meat varieties. Filling and flavourful, you might find that Batch 20
lasagna goes perfectly with a light side salad.
Gluten Free Cottage Pie
Is there anything better than a gorgeous cottage pie? And the good news is you can now have your gluten free fill of fluffy potato and succulent meat in gravy. This all-time customer favourite comes in a medium or large size, and is ideal for a family get together. We carefully cook up a rich pork and beef bolognese, and combine this with diced veg such as carrot, corn and red capsicum, along with peas. It's topped with a fabulously fluffy potato mash to offer a hearty meal that always hits the spot!
